Has anyone been in touch with the Kilkenny Probate Office to mention anything about the abhorrent actions of Elizabeth Howe ? I'm sure they'd be very interested to hear that her fathers estate has not been divided between her brother and two sisters.
While Elizabeth Howe supposedly a former police detective was aided by Ian Appleby to commit the alleged crimes against her own family, what do we actually know about him?
Seems he came across a woman with a windfall and invested it in property.
As the new self-styled Lord of the Manor he then proceeded to look for a steady income for himself by screwing the neighbours, the railways and anybody willing to accept their sob story on YT.
"Yeah, thats right isn't it Liz?"
It would appear that these two vile individuals have completely lost their moral compass, to desecrate your fathers memory in such a way, and then to steal your siblings inheritance is beyond contempt. If the details in these videos are correct, and I have no reason to doubt otherwise, I sincerely hope that the authorities are looking into these events.
The 'boundary issues' pale into insignificant when you consider that Mr Appleby appears to have acquired a Scottish Highlands property for himself without spending a penny of his own money. My condolences go out to the 3 wronged siblings of the Howe family, I hope that further down the line (absolutely no pun intended) you receive what is rightfully yours.
If only we could persuade the siblings - who are probably the only people who can do it - to formally complain through some Ireland mechanism about the fraud and get this investigated. I'd love to see her lose her quarter of the inheritance to the costs for the current Scotland court cases, and the other three quarters to the siblings!
It's karma... She will lose it all when this solum case with EE/NR takes place.
