David How have the medical procedure that Elizabeth Howe mentioned?

Under the Succession Act 1965 in the Republic of Ireland, a child’s entitlement to inheritance is generally determined by their status as a child of the deceased. If a child is named on a birth certificate, this typically establishes a legal presumption of parentage, which can be significant in matters of inheritance.
However, the specific situation regarding the child who is not a biological child but is named on the birth certificate can be complex. According to the Act, all children of the deceased have a right to inherit, regardless of whether they are biological or not, as long as they are legally recognized as children. Lizzy starts with a huge lie; "My father's estate has been administered in accordance with the law." The Succession Act 1965 has not been followed by her whatsoever, the Letters of Administration are full of falsehoods provided by her and David, Emma and Alexandra have not received a penny of their inheritance from their beloved father. She seems to be unable to tell the truth and so anything she says cannot be trusted to be truthful. She seems to be a compulsive liar.
